DJ Mark
Taylor
Mark Taylor is a Kansas City
native and a University of Kansas graduate who has built a
reputation as one of Kansas City's premiere wedding and private event DJs.
He specializes in wedding
entertainment and has performed at thousands of successful
events in the Kansas City area since 1988.
Mark is proud to be a
member of the
American Disc Jockey
Association and was elected to serve a three-year term on
the board of directors for the
Kansas City Chapter
of the ADJA.
Over the past two decades, Mark's clients and audiences have included such luminaries as U.S. Senator Sam Brownback,
KU basketball star Alonzo Jamison and TV meteorologist Bryan Busby, to name a few.
His career includes serving as the house DJ for such popular Kansas City
nightspots as Happy Daze and Woody's South.
Mark has also played guitar for several popular Kansas City rock bands. In the mid-1990s, his interest turned to contemporary worship music and he
played guitar in his church's band for several years.
He specializes in DJ service for wedding receptions and has the experience and
knowledge to play songs from the 1940s to current hits that will keep all age groups
entertained.
But most importantly, Mark wants your
event planned your way.
He prides himself on maintaining a high level of customer service and
attention to detail.
Mark strives to create an atmosphere that balances fun and elegance.
Mark contacts his clients the week of the event to go over all the
details. He makes sure that all the "T"s are crossed and all the
"I"s are dotted!
